Need help signing in?

• I signed up with Google or Apple

Use the same button again. AGI-1 does not store a password for these accounts; your Google or Apple account handles sign-in.

• I use a passkey

Choose “Continue with Passkey” on the device (or password manager) where you created it. Passkeys are stored on your device, never on AGI-1’s servers.

• I forgot my password

Self-service password reset is not available yet. Email support from the address on your account and we will help you regain access after verifying it is you.

• It says my email already uses a different sign-in method

Sign in the way you first signed up (for example Google instead of email). For your security, AGI-1 does not merge sign-in methods automatically.

• It says my account isn’t linked to a workspace

Services such as the Action Center open only for members of a workspace. Ask your workspace administrator to add the email you sign in with, then try again.

• My account is disabled

Contact support. A disabled account cannot sign in with any method until it is reviewed.

Still stuck? Email [email protected]. Never share your password or passkey with anyone, including AGI-1 support.
